We are recruiting a confident and dependable Night Manager to take responsibility for our venue overnight. You will be the friendly face welcoming late arrivals, the calm head guests can rely on and the person who ensures everything remains safe, secure, and running smoothly throughout the night.

As Night Manager, you will take ownership of the venue overnight, ensuring our guests feel welcome, looked after, and completely at ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming late-arriving guests and completing check-ins
- Supporting guests with questions, requests, or concerns throughout the night
- Carrying out regular security and safety checks across the property
- Responding calmly and professionally to emergencies or unexpected situations
- Ensuring all public areas are clean, tidy, and ready for the morning
- Completing night audit processes, reports, and relevant administration
- Preparing a clear handover for the morning team
- Setting dining spaces for breakfast, and supporting with departures or guest requests where required
- Following all fire-safety, licensing, security, and company procedures
- Acting as the senior point of contact within the venue overnight
About You
You will be someone who enjoys taking responsibility and can be trusted to make good decisions, even when working independently.

Previous hotel, accommodation, or night-management experience would be ideal, but just as important is your attitude. We are looking for someone dependable, kind, and genuinely passionate about looking after people.
