Night Operations Supervisor
Location: OCS Worldwide (Colnbrook) – 100% On-site.

Reporting to: Operations Manager / Hub Manager (with direct responsibility for keeping our core operations running flawlessly).

Our operational demands are relentless. OCS Worldwide is innovative and nimble, and we need a proactive, razor-sharp Operations Supervisor to spearhead our day-to-day shift of warehouse and fulfilment activities. Your goal is clear: lead and motivate your operational teams, drive maximum operational quality, and ensure our solutions strictly adhere to compliance requirements to guarantee safe, accurate customer deliveries.
What You Bring to the Table (Experience)
- Operational Mastery: Deep expertise in supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring every single customer shipment is processed accurately and strictly within tight SLAs.
- Relentless Drive: A hard-hitting mentality focused on allocating labour effectively to meet priorities, monitoring workflow, and responding instantly to changing operational demands.
- Unyielding Compliance Focus: You interpret and execute on complex regulations flawlessly, ensuring 100% compliance with HMRC Customs, Security regulations, GDPR, and Dangerous Goods procedures. You do it right, every single time.
- Elite Team Leadership: You command respect on the warehouse floor. You lead by example, conducting daily shift briefings, managing performance and timekeeping, and actively coaching and mentoring your team members.
- Decisive Safety Management: You promote an uncompromising, positive safety culture by carrying out regular inspections, investigating any incidents immediately, and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.

The Package & Impact
This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role requiring you to work a Saturday to Wednesday shift pattern. Your leadership will directly shape our operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Competitive basic salary, supplemented by dedicated Weekend and Night Allowances.
- 20 days annual leave, increasing up to 25 days with continuous service.
- Company healthcare scheme enrolments (after 1 year’s continuous service).
- Government Workplace Pension Scheme.
Note: Because this role requires critical hands-on supervision, manual handling, and continuous team development within a warehouse environment, it is unsuitable for hybrid or remote working arrangements. We need you on the floor, driving results and leading the team.
