Hiring: Night Operator | Operations
Location: Warwick, UK
Shift: Night Shift
Department: Operations
We are looking for a Night Operator to manage live UK & European transport movements and ensure shipments are collected and delivered safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor time-critical shipments
- Coordinate with customers, drivers & transport partners
- Source suitable vehicles and arrange transport
- Prepare quotations and negotiate competitive rates
- Track deliveries and manage delays/issues
- Update customers and internal systems
- Check driver, vehicle & supplier compliance
- Provide clear handover to the day team

Requirements:
- Logistics/transport/freight experience preferred
- Strong communication & customer-service skills
- Good UK & Europe geographical knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good negotiation and organisational skills
- Comfortable with email, MS Office & transport systems
- Willingness to work nights, weekends & bank holidays
