THIS ROLE IS FOR NIGHT PORTER

Night Porter's at Worsley Park play a vital role in creating a seamless overnight guest experience. As part of our Front Office team, you will welcome late arrivals, support guests throughout the night and ensure the hotel is fully prepared for the next day's operations.

  • Previous experience working within a similar environment with a Front desk system
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing and reading)
  • The ability to follow procedures and maintain paperwork, particularly in regard to cash/banking and key responsibility
  • Confidence in fulfilling a customer facing role, dealing with guest requests, requirements and complaints in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
  • To undertake company training in regard to health, safety and hotel fire procedures
