What you’ll be doing
As our Night Porter, you’ll help keep The Bird running smoothly throughout the night.
You’ll:
- Welcome guests arriving or leaving during the night
- Support the Night Manager and the wider hotel team
- Help guests with questions and requests
- Carry out the nightly hotel audit
- Complete cleaning and general hotel duties
- Reset rooms and areas ready for the following day
- Help make sure everything is safe, organised and ready for the morning team
You’ll be one of the people our guests rely on overnight, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and comfortable working independently.

Think vibrant rooms, a seriously good grill restaurant, and a terrace that catches every ray of Bath sunshine. We're not your average hotel, and we don't want average people running it.
