10pm to 8am Thursday to Sunday (40 hrs per week)
Chelsea SW3
£29,254 per annum
A well-established high-end luxury residential block of flats in the heart of Chelsea is looking for an experienced Night Porter/Concierge to take control of nightly operations working every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10pm to 8am. This is a lone working role and therefore requires a totally trustworthy individual with a strong sense of responsibility, a strong proven track record, and excellent references.

Responsibilities
- Situated on the reception desk, responsible for meeting and greeting residents
- Monitoring the CCTV, the fire alarm panels, visitors entering/leaving the building, and managing the parking spaces
- Answer the telephone/intercom, issue keys (in compliance with security procedures), and complete the day book by recording any complaints/incidents/new residents/contractors on site, etc.
- Required to be highly vigilant and take responsibility for the security of the building
- Physical walks of the communal areas intermittently through the night for the purpose of checking for any reactive maintenance issues, fire prevention checks, checking for any unauthorized trespassers, or any security risks
- Luggage/shopping collection from time to time to help residents
