A day in the life of…
As a Night Porter you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at nights. You will also ensure the minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with emphasis on security, and fire safety. You will also help prepare breakfast for 6am, daily and liaise with guests and residents in the hotel, dealing with any problems and resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Based in the City Hotel Derry you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Candidates must be over the age of 18 and fully flexible to work as and when required. To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
