This is a part-time role working 4 nights out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 32 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Shift timings are 22:30pm - 07:00am with the flexibility to work between 20:30pm - 09:00am

You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable. Previous knowledge and experience of working in a luxury four or five star hotel front office, ideally currently working on night shifts. You will bring strong computer skills, confidently navigating hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
