We are currently looking for a passionate Night Front House Porter, to join our Front of House Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
As a passionate Night Front House Porter your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Deliver exceptional guest service – Greet and assist guests in the lobby with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a luxury experience at all times.
- Handle guest luggage and requests – Provide standard porter services including delivering and storing luggage, rooming guests, and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
- Maintain lobby and public areas – Ensure the lobby and front-of-house areas are clean, tidy, and presentable, including polishing trolleys and cleaning entrance areas.
- Uphold security and confidentiality – Adhere to strict security procedures and maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
- Support team operations – Work flexibly with other departments, assist colleagues as needed, and adapt to changing shift requirements.
