Night Public Area Cleaner
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, including guest corridors, lobby areas, public washrooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance at all times.
- Responding promptly to cleaning requests and operational priorities throughout the shift.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Supporting the Housekeeping team with additional cleaning duties as required.
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities within public areas.
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements
You will take pride in maintaining exceptional standards and understand the important role that cleanliness and presentation play in creating memorable guest experiences.
You are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

We're looking for someone with:
- A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent standards.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, ideally within a hotel or customer-focused environment.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive, professional, and proactive approach to work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and operational demands.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that all public areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
