🌙 WE'RE HIRING – NIGHT RECEPTION MANAGER 🌙
📍 The Coal Exchange Hotel, Cardiff
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Night Reception Manager to join our team at The Coal Exchange Hotel Cardiff.
This is a full-time position for someone who is confident leading a night team, delivering excellent guest service and taking responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel overnight.

What we're looking for:
- Previous hotel reception/night reception experience
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confidence handling guest complaints and incidents
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts

💷 Salary: Competitive and based on experience
