Who are we?
Mercure Holland House Hotel, with its 275 en-suite bedrooms, boasts a unique aesthetic that reflects Bristol's rich industrial and maritime heritage. Its prime harborside location offers stunning views and easy access to the city's many attractions.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional Night Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth and secure running of the reception area throughout the night.

Requirements Of The Role
- Ensure that all guests are safe and comfortable.
- Complete check-ins and check-outs during the night.
- Great communication skills.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest enquiries.
- Flexibility– to enjoy working night shifts (weekends will be included).
- Good people skills – to work well in a team.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Be used to working alone/with limited small team alongside you.
- To be responsible and trustworthy, you will be responsible for all of the guests in-house, their safety, as well as your own and the team's.
