About the Role
Ibis London Wembley is looking for a positive night team member to support the reception team and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week.
- Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary £15.30 per hour.
- You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
What Will You Do?
- Welcome late arrivals and bid farewell to early departures with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Carry out the Night Audit.
- Prepare and distribute relevant reports to internal departments.
- Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Support hotel operations and assist other departments in preparing for the next day.
- Provide food and beverage service during the night shift.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests while assisting with hotel operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including the front entrance, lobby, bar, and staff areas.
- Follow the hotel's fire safety procedures and assist with emergency situations when needed.
- Be the face of Ibis, consistently conveying a positive and professional image.
- Manage daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and complete daily revenue postings.
- Assist in promoting sales within the department and maximize every sales opportunity.

- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
