Vendôm is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a Night Receptionist (W/M) at Grand Hotel Bellevue London.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests
- Providing information and assistance
- Ensuring their safety throughout the night
You will guarantee the continuity of Front Office operations while carrying out the administrative and accounting procedures required for the daily night audit.

Candidate Profile:
- Sound understanding of guest reception and customer service principles
- Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Good command of Microsoft Office and standard office applications
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with fire safety and emergency evacuation regulations
- Fluent English (essential)
- French language skills would be highly appreciated
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests simultaneously
- Remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Deliver a consistently high standard of guest service
- Work independently and confidently during night shifts
- A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliability, responsiveness and sound judgement
- A collaborative team spirit
