Your Key Responsibilities
Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Night Receptionist and become part of our prestigious five-star team.
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)
- You will work alongside the Night Manager to ensure smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest requests and cash, and completing the night audit.
- With excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, you will build lasting relationships with guests and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and we will support your growth as a front office expert.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a passion for providing exceptional service and celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. As a Receptionist, we are looking for team members who bring:
- A commitment to delivering outstanding, personalised 5-star service, ensuring each guest feels valued.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively during the night shift.
- A calm, professional, and approachable demeanour, even under pressure.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating seamlessly with night managers and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude to anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but a passion for hospitality and a keen willingness to learn is essential.
