Job Description

We have ongoing job opportunities for a trustworthy Night Security Concierge to join our team in Richmond covering our Homeless Hostel Clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a security or a concierge role and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and professional presence to the residents of the Homeless Hostel.
  • Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms.
  • Prevent breaches of security by unauthorised visitors.
  • Incident management and incident logging.
  • De-escalation of situations and conflict resolution.
  • Complete Daily Occurrence Log.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to the residents.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Support, Health and Social Care (Ideal not essential)
  • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS or SIA Badge and Standard DBS
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driving Licence and Own Vehicle
