Responsibilities
We have ongoing job opportunities for a Night Security Concierge to join our team at our homeless hostels in Blackburn. The role will involve providing security and customer service to our residents. You will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming residents
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Monitoring the security of the premises
- Managing and de-escalating Anti-Social Behaviour and calling the emergency services when required
- Ensuring that all fire and safety procedures are followed
- Assisting with the maintenance of the premises
- Building Welfare Checks
- Light Cleaning Duties

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a security or customer service role is desirable
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to be Enhanced DBS checked
