DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be the reassuring presence at a prestigious collection of around 235 luxury homes in the heart of Fitzrovia. Residents enjoy a 24-hour concierge, modern gym, private gardens and secure parking, creating a calm, high-end environment where service and discretion matter. With multiple Underground connections close by at Goodge Street, Warren Street and Great Portland Street, you’ll work in a well-connected central London setting that’s lively by day and serene by night.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will provide a visible, welcoming and safety-focused presence throughout the night, monitoring the building, assisting residents and managing access. You’ll respond calmly to incidents, carry out routine checks and collaborate with the daytime concierge team to ensure a seamless 24/7 service.

- You resolve issues quickly, documenting incidents clearly and escalating appropriately.
- You deliver consistently warm, professional service, even during the quietest hours.
- You maintain immaculate front-of-house standards and a reassuring, well-presented presence.
- You communicate handovers clearly so the day team has everything they need.
- You follow procedures precisely while using good judgement in unexpected situations.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Conducting scheduled patrols, CCTV monitoring and perimeter checks.
- Managing keys, deliveries and contractor access in line with procedures.
- Assisting residents and guests, answering queries and providing directions.
- Responding to alarms, noise complaints and emergencies, and recording actions taken.
- Completing detailed logs, incident reports and clear shift handovers.
- Keeping the lobby and common areas tidy, secure and welcoming.

- You communicate clearly, handle confidential information discreetly and act with integrity.
- You’re attentive to detail, follow procedures and notice what others might miss.
- You work well solo but collaborate smoothly with the wider on-site team.
Experience That Helps
- Previous night security or concierge experience in residential or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control and incident reporting.
- Experience handling difficult conversations or complaints with tact.
- First aid awareness and confidence responding to emergencies.
- Knowledge of central London and local transport options.

- Interview focused on your approach to resident service, building safety and incident response, along with your ability to work autonomously on nights and communicate clear handovers
We aim to complete the process within two to three weeks and communicate clearly throughout.
