The Cast Member reports to a member of the Store Management Team and shows the following attributes:

Overview
As a Night Shift Cast Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and replenishment of stock to support the daily operation of the Disney Store. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organisation, and replenishing the sales floor (Stage) to Disney’s high standards. Teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety procedures are essential to success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Unload stock from delivery cages received from the delivery lorry.
- Safely lift and transport stock from the stage area to the backstage stockroom.
- Unbox and process all delivered merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Remove and dispose of all packaging, rubbish, and waste generated during the delivery process.
- Price and tag merchandise in accordance with company procedures.
- Merchandise products to Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and follow the direction of the Night Shift Senior Cast Member or Lead.
- Organise and store stock correctly within the stockroom to maintain efficiency and accessibility.
- Replenish the sales floor once deliveries have been fully processed and stored.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and health and safety compliant backstage and stockroom environment.
- Follow all Manual Handling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safe working practices at all times.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while working to demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Carry stock safely up and down stairs where required, following manual handling guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities
As part of the role, you may also be required to:
- Complete price changes.
- Apply security tags to merchandise.
- Assist with visual merchandising activities.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory checks.
- Carry out store cleaning duties.
- Safely move heavier items within approved manual handling weight limits.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Store Manager, Senior Cast Member, or Lead.
Relevant Experience / Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good level of physical fitness with the ability to lift, carry, and move stock safely.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining high operational and merchandising standards.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, health and safety and manual handling procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
