Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Night Shift Car Discharge Drivers to join operations at Immingham Port. The role involves driving and discharging vehicles from arriving vessels, ensuring vehicles are moved safely and efficiently within the port environment. This is a fast-paced operational role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work night shifts with varying start times, including weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles on and off ferries safely and efficiently.
- Discharge and park vehicles in designated port locations.
- Follow all port safety procedures and traffic management rules.
- Carry out visual inspections for vehicle damage and report any issues immediately.
- Work closely with vessel teams, marshals, and port supervisors.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and safety at all times.
- Operate within strict turnaround times to support vessel schedules.
- Complete relevant paperwork or handheld device checks where required.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident driving manual and automatic vehicles.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible shift patterns.
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong punctuality and reliability.
- Previous port, logistics, transport, or driving experience is desirable but not essential.
