Shift patterns: Mon-Thurs (48 Hrs) 12 hour
Location: Tamworth, B78

What You'll Do

  • Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
  • Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
  • Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
  • Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
  • Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

What You'll Bring

  • Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
  • Hold an International CPC Qualification (essential)
  • Conduct performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinaries where required.
  • Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
  • Proven people management experience within transport — ideally managing large driver fleets.
  • Competent user of transport and logistics software systems.
  • Operational experience in Consumer, FMCG, or Convenience retail supply chains desirable
  • Able to manage up-to 10 -15 direct reports (drivers)
  • Happy to work Mon -Thur (48hrs a week/ 12 hr Shifts)
  • Shifts Patterns 18:00 -6:00
