Sharpak Aylesham is a leading manufacturer of thermoformed plastic packaging solutions serving the fresh produce and food service sectors. With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we are looking for an experienced Night Shift Thermoforming Manager to lead our production operation and drive performance, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of production output and incidents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any operational issues that may arise during the night shift.
