✅ What You'll Be Doing
As a Control Room Colleague, you'll play a key role in supporting operational performance by providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and real-time problem solving.
Acting as a key point of contact for site customers and stakeholders, providing timely updates, responding to queries, and ensuring clear communication around operational performance and issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, cleansing, and analysing large volumes of operational and productivity data using Microsoft Excel
- Creating and maintaining Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and performance reports to monitor key metrics such as throughput, pick rates, and accuracy
- Identifying trends, patterns, and performance anomalies to support operational decision-making
- Working closely with operational teams to investigate performance issues and support root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting system and equipment-related queries through data analysis and operational investigation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
- Ensuring data accuracy and completing administrative reporting tasks to a high standard

You will be someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on problem solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate information that supports operational success.
We're particularly interested in candidates who:
- Have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation
- Can analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Are exceptional communicators, comfortable engaging with site customers, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels
- Have strong communication skills and can explain data clearly to a range of audiences
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Work collaboratively and build positive relationships across operational teams
