Join our dedicated NIGHT SHIFT PICK team and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked and packed accurately and delivered on time.

What we’re looking for

  • New to warehousing? No problem. Skills can be taught. Bring your positive attitude and we'll support you every step of the way.
  • You must be 18 or over.
  • You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol.
  • You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.

You will work 4 nights in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends.

Nights Pick shift times are – 18:35 to 04:35.

As a Night Pick Operative, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for delivery by accurately picking products and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Work to productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Use warehouse equipment safely following training.
  • Complete basic equipment checks.
  • Follow health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

We host Pick Interviews on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays giving you the opportunity to experience the role and meet the team.
