Location: High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells
Pay: GBP14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00pm to 5:00am (45 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for multiple Night Shift Pickers to join a busy sorting production line in High Brooms near Tunbridge Wells.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role, with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.
The Role
Working as part of a team on the picking line, your duties will include:
- Working on a fast-paced picking line
- Sorting and separating materials
- Ensuring materials are correctly identified and processed
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working effectively as part of a team

About You
We are looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and physically fit
- Must provide their own safety boots
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Able to work at pace and remain focused
- A good team player
- Previous warehouse, yard work, production, or picking experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
