Night Shift Production Supervisor

- Four lines running through the night.
- Around 100 people on shift.
- Fast-paced food manufacturing where hitting the plan actually matters.
I’m recruiting two Production Supervisors to take ownership of an area of around 20-35 people.
- One works Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am.
- The other works Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am.
This isn’t a clipboard-and-watch-from-a-distance type of job.

But the majority of your time is spent where a Production Supervisor should probably be.
In production.
You’ll need to have managed people in a manufacturing environment before and, ideally, that experience will have been within food manufacturing.
You might currently be called a Production Supervisor, Area Leader, Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or Area Manager.
The title isn’t particularly important.
Being able to manage 20-35 people in a fast-moving food factory at 2am is.
£41,000.
