🌟 Job Opportunity: Night Shift Supervisor 🌟 📍 Location: Rotherham / Brinsworth 💷 Salary: £39,000 – £40,000 + 33% Night Shift Allowance = £46,500 - £53,500 🌙 Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday
Join a growing manufacturing business as a Night Shift Supervisor, leading a team across machining and wrapping operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong people leader who understands a CNC/machining production environment and is confident managing a busy manufacturing team.
🔧 About the Role:
- Lead and motivate the night shift team
- Oversee machining and wrapping operations
- Manage production, quality, efficiency and daily targets
- Support training, development and continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety

🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential
- Understanding of CNC/machining or a similar manufacturing environment
- Strong manufacturing/engineering background
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident, proactive and able to lead from the front
