Perm Night Shift Team Leader

The Role:

As a Night Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high production efficiency.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team to continuously improve processes.
  • Upholding health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably food/FMCG).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
