The Role:
As a Night Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high production efficiency.
- Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team to continuously improve processes.
- Upholding health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times.

What We're Looking For:
- Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably food/FMCG).
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
