What's the Job
- High-Level Order Picking: Safely retrieving items from high-bay racking systems, often using VNA or Man-up" trucks where the operator cab elevates with the forks.
- Valid Certification: A nationally recognized, in-date license or certificates for Reach Trucks, VNA trucks and Man Up trucks (e.g., ITSSAR or RTITB accredited).
- Stock Replenishment & Put-away: Transporting incoming goods and loading full pallets into specific rack slots.
- Site Compliance: Performing daily safety checks on machinery and operating in compliance with strict site-wide health and safety policies.

- Physical & Spatial Awareness: High spatial awareness to maneuver heavy equipment safely in extremely tight spaces.
- Target-Driven: The ability to work quickly and accurately against daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and picking targets.
What are my hours and working days
Your working days will be from Sunday to Thursday, 9.30pm to 6am.

You will work at our Trowbridge site where free parking is available and there are good transport connections.
