Job Title: Night Shunter / Cleaner / Fueller
Location: Reading Buses Depot, Great Knollys Street, Reading, RG1 7HH
Salary: GBP15.52 per hour (GBP590 per week)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent, 38 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 days, 17:45 to 01:21.

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our Night Team as a full-time Night Shunter / Cleaner / Fueller. This role is essential in ensuring our buses are cleaned, fuelled, and prepared to provide safe and reliable services for our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Clean bus interiors and ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard.
- Sweep, mop, and carry out general cleaning duties within vehicles.
- Refuel buses at the end of service.
- Move and park vehicles safely around the depot.
- Carry out basic vehicle preparation tasks as required.
- Comply with all company health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Support colleagues in maintaining a safe and efficient depot environment.

What We're Looking For
Essential;
- A strong work ethic and a reliable approach.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Ability to undertake physical work in a busy operational environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable;
- A PCV licence.
- Experience driving large vehicles.
- Previous experience in vehicle cleaning, transport operations, logistics, or similar environments is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
