Holiday Inn High Wycombe

£26,811.20 per annum. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Do you have a strong background in a branded hotel working in a front of house or reception team? Can you deliver brand standards anytime of the day?

Role Overview

The Night Supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit. With knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services, you can deal with all guests' requests. This may be additional room amenities or delivering room service. This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Front Desk operations
  • Supporting the management team with Night Audit
  • Handling all guest requests and inquiries
  • Ensuring brand standards are met at all times
  • Preparing the hotel for the day ahead
