About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Nights Supervisor to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!
The Person
- Previous supervisory experience, ideally in a night shift environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
The Role
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- Supervise night staff and delegate duties to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular checks of the premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer or guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints
