Job Description

Forevermore Care is a supported living provider for young adults and adults who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and mental health needs. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Support Worker to support our client based in Nantwich.

We have two positions available—either days with sleep-in shifts or night shifts.

Full-Time Contracts

  • £12.77 per hour (days) + £50 sleep-in rate
  • £12.94 per hour (nights)

Role Requirements

  • Assisting our clients with their daily activities, including household tasks, finances, meal preparation, personal care, and going out into the community.
  • Promoting independence and positive encouragement.
  • Supporting our clients with their mental wellbeing.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is ideal.
  • A thorough training & induction program will be followed to ensure that you feel fully prepared to undertake your duties, however, pre-existing knowledge on key areas such as safeguarding and person-centered care is always welcome!
  • A kind, holistic, and compassionate approach.
  • A willingness to work as a team and deliver exceptional care and outcomes to those we support.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
