Night Support Worker – Learning Disabilities

Location: Glenholme Cecilian Court, Stamford, PE9 1QP

Hourly Rate: £12.75 – £12.95 per hour

Contract Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (9:30pm - 7:30am Waking Nights)

  • A salary increase to £12.85 per hour once you complete your paid-for Care Certificate (an industry-recognised qualification)

What You Will Do as a Support Worker:

As a Support Worker, your role is to help individuals live with dignity, independence and fulfilment. You will:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support with personal care
  • Teach and promote independent living skills
  • Assist with the management of medication
  • Support service users in engaging with community-based activities such as swimming, social outings and leisure interests
