Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (plus enhanced rates for overtime and Bank Holidays)

At Holly Court, we’re looking for dedicated Night Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively, welcoming home that supports adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.
Holly Court is a bright, happy home set within beautiful grounds in Mirfield. Home to 15 adults, our service is split into three bungalows and provides person-centered support that enables people to live enriched, fulfilling lives. Residents enjoy a wide range of activities, community events, and therapeutic support tailored to their individual needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of the adults we support throughout the night.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing person-centered care and support
- Supporting individuals with personal care needs
- Promoting dignity, choice and independence
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Record keeping and communication with colleagues
- Supporting complex health and care needs in line with care plans
- Helping to create a calm, safe and positive environment throughout the night
