Location: Mirfield (WF14)

Hours: 25 - 37.5 hpw

Shift times: 7:45pm - 8:15am

Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (plus enhanced rates for overtime and Bank Holidays)

At Holly Court, we're looking for dedicated Night Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively, welcoming home that supports adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Holly Court is a bright, happy home set within beautiful grounds in Mirfield. Home to 15 adults, our service is split into three bungalows and provides person-centered support that enables people to live enriched, fulfilling lives. Residents enjoy a wide range of activities, community events, and therapeutic support tailored to their individual needs.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of the adults we support throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care and support
  • Supporting individuals with personal care needs
  • Promoting dignity, choice and independence
  • Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
  • Record keeping and communication with colleagues
  • Supporting complex health and care needs in line with care plans
  • Helping to create a calm, safe and positive environment throughout the night

Most importantly, you'll build meaningful relationships and contribute to the exceptional standards of care that Holly Court is known for.
