Night Support Workers
Support Worker Days or Nights (Mirfield)
Location: Mirfield (WF14)
Hours: Full or Part-time roles available
Shift times: Typically, 12.5hr shifts, but can be discussed
Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (Nights) plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding night role where you can make a real difference? Hollybank Trust is currently recruiting experienced Night Support Workers to join our dedicated teams across our services on the Mirfield site.
We have a range of full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle while providing the chance to support children and adults with complex disabilities and healthcare needs.

About You
We are looking for caring, reliable and experienced individuals who:
- Have previous experience working in a UK care home, residential care setting, supported living service, or similar care environment
- Are confident providing person-centred support
- Have a compassionate and professional approach
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Are committed to delivering high-quality care and support

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
