Night Support Worker Make a Real Difference Every Night
Compassion, companionship and care for a gentleman with a big heart
Are you a kind, patient and caring person who enjoys making a genuine difference to someones life?
We're looking for a Night Support Worker to join a friendly care team supporting a warm and witty gentleman in his late 50s who lives with Multi System Atrophy (MSA) in the beautiful village of Winkleigh.
He lives at home with his loving family, a very friendly dog and two curious cats and family time is incredibly important to him.
We're looking for someone who can provide more than just practical care. Someone who brings kindness, warmth and a sense of humour, and who can help him feel comfortable, supported and valued in his own home.
As a Night Support Worker, you'll provide dedicated one-to-one support throughout the night, helping with:

You'll work as part of a consistent, trusted care team, supporting the same person each week and building a positive relationship over time.
And you won't be expected to know everything from day one. We provide full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support from our Care Manager, so you'll feel confident and supported in your role.
Shifts Available:
- Waking Night shifts run from 8 PM to 8 AM
- 2 shifts a week
Please note due to a rural location, we are seeking drivers for this position.
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
