Shift times: 7pm - 7:30am
Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

The Role
As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Monitoring wellbeing and carrying out regular checks
- Completing records and reports accurately
- Responding to individual needs throughout the night
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive environment
