Location: Holmfirth (HD9)

Hours: Part-time (25hrs)

Shift times: 7:30pm - 8:00pm

Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

Set in a beautiful location overlooking the stunning Holme Valley, Rowan Court is a welcoming 15-bed community home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. With panoramic views, peaceful surroundings and a real family feel, Rowan Court is a place where people feel at home, and where colleagues genuinely enjoy working together.

The Role

As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing person-centred care and support
  • Promoting independence, dignity and choice
  • Supporting with personal care where required
  • Monitoring wellbeing and carrying out regular checks
  • Completing records and reports accurately
  • Responding to individual needs throughout the night
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive environment
