Night Time Localization Project Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Night Time Localization Project Manager based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to manage international localization projects and support seamless communication between clients and global language professionals.
You will oversee projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution. The position combines project management expertise with language industry knowledge, customer service skills, and cross-cultural collaboration.
You will work closely with clients, translators, interpreters, and internal teams in a dynamic remote environment.

Accountabilities
As a Night Time Localization Project Manager, you will coordinate end-to-end localization projects while ensuring smooth communication between clients and language professionals. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards while delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced global environment.
- Evaluate project requirements, estimate costs, and prepare accurate budgets and client quotations.
- Coordinate all project phases and establish realistic timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle using project management tools such as Plunet.
- Take ownership of project execution, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and quality from start to finish.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients through email, chat, and phone to address questions and provide updates.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and report project activity through collaboration channels.
- Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelance translators and interpreters based on project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global freelance language professionals.
- Manage project finances, budgets, and operational requirements.
- Perform quality checks, proofreading, and final reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Support freelancers by addressing questions and resolving operational challenges.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience managing projects within localization, translation, business administration, or customer service environments. You should have strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while working with international stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, business administration, and/or customer service.
- Knowledge of localization processes and the language services industry.
- Experience using CAT tools such as Smartcat and MemoQ.
- Familiarity with Translation Management Systems such as Trados.
- University degree in Business Administration, Translation, Languages, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills (Native or C1 level) with fluency in another language.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polite, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Commitment to maintaining productivity and focus during scheduled working hours.
