Maintenance Engineer (Nights Monday - Friday)

📍 Norfolk
💰 £58,000

What You'll Do:

Join a busy manufacturing environment where you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently. You'll respond to equipment breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance, support continuous improvement projects and work across a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding quickly to equipment failures and minimising downtime
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Supporting small engineering projects and site improvements
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards
  • Working closely with production teams to ensure operational performance

What You'll Bring:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification
  • Recognised engineering apprenticeship
  • Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience of fault finding and problem solving
  • Welding skills would be advantageous
  • PLC experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
