Looking to pick up extra shifts around your existing commitments?
We're looking for reliable, personable people to join our go-to pool of Night Concierges working across residential/BTR buildings in London.
This is ideal if you already have a job, work freelance, are studying, or simply want to pick up additional night shifts when you're available.
The opportunity
We're holding a paid training day on Monday 5th October, after which you'll be added to our books as a go-to Night Concierge.
Once trained, you'll be offered night shifts as and when they become available: giving you the flexibility to work around your existing commitments rather than committing to a fixed rota.
Shifts Are Typically
7pm - 7am
Night shifts
Additional shifts offered based on availability and your preferences

What would I be doing?
You'll be the friendly and professional face of the building overnight, making sure residents feel safe, supported and looked after.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Welcoming and assisting residents
- Answering the telephone
- Handling deliveries and parcels
- Supporting with general administration
- Monitoring the building and responding to resident queries
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the night
What are we looking for?
You don't necessarily need to have worked as a concierge before. We're particularly interested in people with experience in:
- Concierge or front-of-house
- Student accommodation
- Residential property
- Hotels or hospitality
- Security/customer service
- Any role where you've had responsibility for looking after people

You'll Need To
- Be available for the training day on Monday 5th October
- Be comfortable working 6pm-6am night shifts
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Be confident using basic computer systems
- Be able to work independently overnight
