🚛 Transport Technician – Nightshift Role @ Renault Trucks (Volvo Group) | Essex
About the Role

Now, we’re launching a Nightshift at our West Thurrock facility to meet rising customer demand—offering unparalleled earnings:
- £30/hour base rate
- £62,400/year for 3 technicians (with overtime at time-and-a-half)
- 40-hour/week shifts: 21:30–06:00 (5x 8-hour rotations, Monday–Friday)

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class diagnostics and repairs on HGV fleets, maintaining main dealer standards to achieve premium pay.
- Lead shifts ensuring **technical excellence **aligned with Renault Trucks’ sustainability goals.
- Upskill in electrified vehicles (part of your development plan).

Who Are We Looking For?
Experience & Qualifications A qualified technician with a focus on HGV:
- Level 3 HGV technician qualification (or equivalent).
- Diagnostic skills rooted in computer-aided diagnostics.
- Proven HGV maintenance/repair expertise.
- Preferable: Direct main dealer/premium brand experience (to access top pay tier).
