About The Role

As a Nurse with Careline Lifestyles, you will:

  • Provide high-quality nursing and holistic care to service users based on comprehensive care needs assessments
  • Develop strong therapeutic relationships with service users to assess, plan, implement, and review care plans and nursing interventions
  • Evaluate and reassess the quality of care regularly to meet the changing needs of service users
  • Review medications, ensuring documentation is updated and all actions are taken in a timely manner
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records for each service user
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinical areas
  • Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings with a wide range of professionals
  • Adhere to NMC codes of conduct, Scope of Practice, and home policies and procedures

What You Need

  • Qualified & registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
  • A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
  • At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
  • NMC registration (required)
