As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire visit and ensuring every interaction reflects the renowned Nobu standard of hospitality.

Working alongside an experienced Restaurant team, you'll play a key role in creating seamless and memorable experiences for guests from around the world.
The Role
As a Restaurant Host, you will manage the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued and cared for.
Working closely with the Senior Maître D' and restaurant management team, you will coordinate reservations, oversee table allocations and help maintain a smooth flow of service throughout the restaurant. You'll anticipate guest needs, recognise returning guests and VIPs, and ensure every visit feels personal and tailored.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Managing reservations and table allocations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Recognising guest preferences, special occasions and VIP requirements.
- Collaborating closely with the restaurant team to maintain service flow and maximise guest satisfaction.
- Responding confidently and professionally to guest requests and enquiries.
- Supporting the preparation of floor plans, reservations and service information.
- Building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable first impressions.
- Maintaining excellent communication with teams across the hotel.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.
- Acting as an ambassador for Nobu's values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an engaging and personable hospitality professional who genuinely enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
You'll be confident communicating with guests, highly organised and able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
