NOC Analyst - First Line Support (SC Cleared)
Our client is an IT Services organization that requires a NOC Analyst to join their team. The NOC Analyst will be working on a prestigious account. This is a hybrid role, therefore you must be able to commute to Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incidents raised via phone, email, monitoring tools, and customer portals.
- Troubleshoot network issues and drive incidents through to resolution.
- Work within agreed SLAs, ensuring service targets are met.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers with clear technical handovers.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, and time logging.
- Monitor customer environments and proactively identify issues.
- Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across the NOC team.

Requirements
- Strong Cisco networking experience across routing, switching, and wireless.
- CCNA, Fortinet certification, or equivalent industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet security technologies, including ASA, ISE, Firepower, FortiOS, FortiManager, Catalyst Center, and Nexus.
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to attend customer sites when required.
- MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE
