Principal Associate / Legal Director (Non-Contentious Construction)
A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Principal Associate or Legal Director to join its highly regarded Construction & Engineering team in London.

The work
You’ll advise on complex, high-value, and strategically important projects across real estate, infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors, working closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Expect significant client exposure, autonomy, and the chance to shape the continued growth of the London practice.

- Strong experience in non-contentious construction within a leading firm or in-house team.
- Confidence drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, and/or FIDIC documentation.
- A commercial, proactive approach and the ability to lead matters independently.
