Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate - London
Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading commercial law firm to appoint a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate into its London practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a nationally recognised construction team advising on high value, complex transactional construction projects across the UK.

The Opportunity
This Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate position provides a broad practice spanning transactional construction, development, and project-related matters. The successful candidate will support developers, contractors, and public sector bodies on high value instructions involving complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

Practice Focus

Candidate Profile
Applicants should be qualified in England and Wales with 7+ years' post-qualified experience and strong experience in transactional construction work, including drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts. This opportunity will suit lawyers who combine technical strength with commercial judgement, clear communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
